I've been thinking about this numbers all night, and I had to write to you to get your thoughts on it.

We are no longer the primary users of the web. That role is being handed overâsilently, swiftlyâto intelligent agents.
Humans are still searchingâbut they are outsourcing the answer-finding process. AI agents now mediate the journey between question and resolution.
This is the dawn of the Agentic Webâand it's rewriting the rules of visibility, discovery, and digital relevance.
For decades, the web has been built for human eyes: HTML pages, UX design, keywords, SEO. But today's users are delegating that cognitive load. Whether it's ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Siri tomorrow, consumers are externalizing their intent to AI agents.
These agents don't browse like humans. They don't see buttons, ads, or calls-to-action. They read meaning, map intent, and summarize value.
Your brand is no longer judged by how it looks to a userâbut by how well it translates into structured, machine-readable value.
If your content isn't visible to agents, it's invisibleâperiod.
The Agentic Web demands a shift in how we build and publish. We must move from content to context. From keywords to concepts. From pageviews to prompt-responses.
Brands must now:

To thrive, brands must optimize for AI visibility:
- Craft content with generative engines in mind
- Build machine-oriented delivery layers that expose meaning, not just markup
- Structure knowledge that AI can trust, reuse, and rank
Because on the Agentic Web, you're not selling to users. You're convincing their agent.
